or reject your order for any reason in its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until INE 
has confirmed that it has been accepted. We must receive and process your payment before your order 
is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as INE may not be able to honor 
cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept 
or that we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, 
billing address and/or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our refund policy. 
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use 
and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. 
The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed 
and will be set forth in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, 
the prices listed do not include taxes, shipping, handling, duties or import duties.

that may affect pricing and are subject to terms and conditions that are separate from these Terms.

All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays 
caused by shipping companies, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. 
When we hand over the products to the shipping company, title and risk of loss pass to you.

BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, CLAIMS OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL 
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, 
LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA, COSTS OF LIABILITY OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, 
LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF ANY OF

directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from and against any loss, 
damage, liability or claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by or against any third-party 
due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate 
by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party, or (3) your access to and use 
of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, provided that failure to provide prompt 
notice shall not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. 
We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including the selection 
of counsel, but will not settle any claim that requires non-monetary obligations from you without your 
consent (which may not be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, 
including by providing relevant documents.

in which INE has its principal place of business. You and INE consent to venue and personal jurisdiction 
in such courts.
