We use PostNord / GLS / DAO / Bring for delivery.
You can choose between delivery to a parcel shop or private address, whichever suits you best.
Delayed delivery
Should your order be delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to conditions at the shipping company.
Uncollected packages
If your package is not collected and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding
to the actual return and administration costs.
Damage in transit
If the package is visibly damaged upon receipt, please notify the shipping company immediately and
contact us so we can find a solution.
