We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returned items must be sent to the following address: Rådhusstræde 11, st. 1466 Copenhagen.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged
or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and have it fixed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received.
Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase of the new item.
EU 14-Day Cancellation Period Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order
within 14 days, for any reason and without giving an explanation, if the item is being shipped to the EU.
As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not
your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original
payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post.
